Flow Antenna and all of its components — including but not limited to the signal scoring methodology, convergence detection algorithm, source weighting system, software code, user interface designs, data compilations, written content, and brand assets — are the exclusive intellectual property of Flow Antenna Ltd.
All source code is protected by copyright law. The signal scoring and convergence methodology constitutes a proprietary trade secret. Nothing in these Terms or your use of the Service grants you any ownership, licence, or right to reproduce, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the Service.
The name Flow Antenna, the FLOW mark, and the lightning bolt logo are proprietary brand assets. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
You may not, without prior written permission from Flow Antenna Ltd:
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Flow Antenna reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
Flow Antenna is an information service, not a financial adviser. All signals, scores, alerts, and content are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a solicitation to invest.
Congressional trade disclosures are subject to a statutory delay of up to 45 days. Past signal performance, including paper trading results, does not guarantee future returns. Always conduct your own research and consult a qualified financial adviser before making investment decisions.
Flow Antenna Ltd accepts no liability for any financial loss arising from use of or reliance on the Service.
The automated trading feature executes simulated (paper) trades only. No real money is used or at risk. Simulated results do not represent actual investment returns and may differ materially from real trading outcomes due to market liquidity, execution timing, and other factors.
Flow Antenna aggregates publicly available disclosures including STOCK Act congressional filings, SEC Form 4 insider filings, SEC EDGAR 13F institutional filings, FINRA dark pool data, Senate lobbying disclosures, and USASpending.gov contract awards. Flow Antenna does not represent or warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any third-party data.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share account access. Flow Antenna reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Flow Antenna may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you cease immediately. Sections 1, 2, 4, 9, and 10 survive termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flow Antenna Ltd, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Flow Antenna in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers by email of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
